Today, there are many organizations that want to increase their
capability to bring forth conceptual ideas into the realm of
something they can deliver to their respected market. In short,
they want new creations for their business, and for their
customers. At the heart of it all, will be their ability to
innovate. At a glance this sounds like a simplistic idea. In
most cases, many organizations have the resources already
available to make innovation happen for them. But for many
reasons, the innovative process never takes hold within their
business environment. There are many common misconceptions about
innovation by executive teams.
